According to the TCC, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs. However, since we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we return the orders that have not been shipped, scattered during transportation, or have lost their quality, or repeat the order free of charge. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have to leave your address while your order is on the way, or if your order does not reach your special or event days.

 
RETURN TERMS AND REQUESTS

When you have a complaint about the products you have purchased, you can return them within 1 day from the day you receive them from the cargo, by applying to www.babazadebaklava.com, under the following conditions. In this context, you do not pay any “Shipping Fee” when sending back the product you want to return, it is sufficient to deliver it with UPS as “Counter Pay”. No return product shipments are made in overseas sales.

You can request a return of the products in case the packaging is damaged in the cargo and the quality of the product is damaged during transportation.

In return for the product you want to return, either a refund equal to the product price or the same order will be sent again free of charge.

I want to request a return of my product, what should I do?

  Please, before sending the product to babazadebaklava.com, for the return process.  info@babazadebaklava.com  to the e-mail address. Please send the product information you want to return with your reason for return, if the product is scattered or damaged, together with the product image. When receiving the cargo, if the product originating from the cargo is scattered or the outer package is damaged, you can have the cargo officer prepare a report and return it.

 
The products must be returned with their original box/packaging and invoice.
