Delivery terms

Courier: It is the service we provide with our vehicles to the districts on the border of Istanbul. Depending on the type of product, it can be delivered the same day or the next day.

Cargo :  Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped within the same day, except Friday and Saturday, by domestic UPS cargo. You will be informed by e-mail from the moment your order is on its way. In order for the products to reach you fresher, orders that are delivered on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Average delivery time across the country is 1-3 business days. 

(Delivery is made to some villages and towns on certain days of the week.)

Your orders abroad are sent via DHL and will be delivered to cargo the next day after you place your order.

Overseas : Delivery time varies by country. There may be delays due to customs and force majeure. 

Overseas shipments are usually delivered within the following times, unless there is a customs problem. 

Europe:     Within 1-3 days to major cities 

America :  Within 1-4 days to major cities 

Middle East: Within 1-4 days to major cities

Far East: To big cities  within 1-4 days 


(Delivery can be made to some villages and towns on certain days of the week. Orders with trays for abroad are sent in boxes due to transportation conditions.)

In order for us to send your orders in a healthier way, it is necessary to specify the full address and telephone number.  Our company cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and price errors. Payments are made in TL and USD.
